Job title: Designer Department: Sales Reports to: Director of Sales

Job Description Elite Shutters and Blinds seeks an enthusiastic Sales position with great communication skills and sense of professionalism. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with great attention to detail. Applicant should have a passion for home décor and desire to learn about selling custom window treatments including shutters, blinds, and shades.

General Summary The purpose of this position is to provide each customer with a thoroughly satisfying shopping experience, to maximize all sales leads, to create customer relationships, and promote the products and services of Elite Shutters and Blinds in order to develop our customers and increase sales.

Essential Responsibilities

Quality · Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data in database. · Responsible for utilizing professional and articulate communication skills (written and verbal).

Service · Ensure the timely follow up of all customer needs within 24 hours. · Ensure internal and external communication on all sales and service related · Issues within 24 hours. · Assist with Showroom customers while in the store. · Complete administrative and marketing tasks as needed on a daily basis.

Productivity · Efficient use of time management in all activities. · Exceed minimum daily sales call objectives. · Meet weekly and monthly sales goals and monthly quotas. · Utilizing and understanding how to use The Link · Operating QuickBooks (e.g. creating invoices & take payments) · Participate in continuous improvement efforts. · Working closely with the sales associate’s with paperwork (creating an invoice in QuickBooks, scan estimate, upload to OFF, and update the opportunity in The Link) Ordering product after the sale within 48hrs of the sale. Sales Calls · Pre call prior to appointment to frame and make sure you have the samples you need. · Once at customer home tell them about you and elite. · Take a tour of the home and look for challenges and hot buttons that might help with the sale. · Help select the best design option based of your customers needs and show them samples · Talk over any expectations of each product and time frame · Measure, build and price the order. (Make sure product is going to work based off measurements taken, so you can make any changes while at the customer house) · Go over the estimate with the customer and ask for the sale. · If you have sold the order email a copy to sales associate to begin paperwork. · Order product · Keep track of your orders for any on hold questions, back orders or delays. · If IR is completed follow up with your customer and ask for a review and referrals. · If IR is incomplete follow protocol to help ensure we get all information needed to finish with all departments. This should be completed in the email chain so all parties are aware it being handled correctly.

Sales Associate Responsibilities -Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service -Directing customers to merchandise within the store -Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers -Superior product knowledge -Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor and desk -Scheduling in-home consultations -Answering incoming calls in a friendly-inviting manner -Introducing yourself properly when answering the phone (Thank you for calling Elite Shutters & Blinds, this is _, how can I help you?) -Booking/contacting leads the same day as they come in -Utilizing and understanding how to use The Link -Operating QuickBooks (e.g. creating invoices & take payments) -Achieving established goals -Participate in continuous improvement efforts -Working closely with the sales staff and inputting their paperwork (creating an invoice in QuickBooks, scan estimate, upload to OFF, and update the opportunity in The Link)

Job title: Warehouse Associate / Installer

This is a very fast paced position with a lot of detail oriented work and a great deal of information to retain. As a warehouse associate/installer at Elite Shutters & Blinds your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

-Organizing warehouse

-Loading and unloading product from trucks

-Receiving and processing new stock and materials

-Picking and filling orders from stock

-Cleaning

-Assisting lead installers to install products to customer’s expectations and satisfactions

-Independently handling challenging situations such as customer escalations and problem jobs

-Prioritizing daily tasks to ensure completion

We are looking for a few full-time positions. Hours are, typically, Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4 pm. The start time is prompt but the ending time can vary on the day and amount of workload. There are occasional weekends where you will need to work a Saturday. You will be given notice if you have to work a Saturday. There is the possibility for overtime pay.
